Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Broccoli

Ingredients:

·8 oz whole wheat spaghetti

·1/4 cup olive oil

·4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

·1 tsp red pepper flakes

·2 cups broccoli florets

·1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation:

1.Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

2.Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil.

3.Add broccoli, cook until tender. Toss with cooked spaghetti.

Serving Size: 1 cup

Storage: Refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Nutritional Information: Around 300 calories, 10g protein, 15g fat.
