SHIPPING POLICY
India - Free Shipping, however for some products shipping charges applicable.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms (3-5 working days.)

International: We DO-NOT-SHIP International, from India.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

FOR ISSUES LIKE RASHES, STOMACH UPSET, HEADACHE, FLAVOUR DISLIKE, OR ANY OTHER ISSUES, PRODUCTS WOULD NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS. WE INSIST YOU PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE BUYING OUR PRODUCTS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TO TAKE PLACE, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THE PACKAGE THAT CONTAINS AWB NUMBER, INVOICE NUMBER AND THE PRODUCT. YOU NEED TO KEEP THE PARCEL BOX/PACKET, TAGS INTACT (IF ANY) AND THE BOX SHOULD BE SEALED / UNOPENED.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
IN CASE OF COD ORDER
If you have received your package that is already opened, tampered, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Make a video of the package you receive with visible AWB number, invoice number present on the shipping address on the outer cover of package and notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order through email support@tridentnutra.com or WhatsApp on +918522852221. After an investigation, we’ll ship your product again.
IN CASE OF PREPAID ORDER
If you have received your package that is already opened, tampered, please make an video of the package you receive with visible AWB number, invoice number present on the shipping address on the outer cover of package and notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order through email support@tridentnutra.com or WhatsApp on +918522852221, and return the package in the same condition as you received it through SPEED POST on our address mentioned on this page. After an investigation, we’ll ask you for your Bank Accounts details and refund your amount. Please allow 7 Business Day for the amount to reflect in your Bank Account.
Please note that all orders delivered by our Delivery Partner will take a snapshot of the package before delivering it to you so as to avoid fraudsters and if any customer tries to cheat, that person shall be banned from website forever.
INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED
In the event that you receive the wrong product, less weight, please make an unboxing video of the package you received with visible AWB number, invoice number present on the shipping address on the outer cover of package and notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order through email support@tridentnutra.com or WhatsApp us +918522852221. DO NOT OPEN THE SEAL OF THE BOXES OR TARE THE LABEL OR CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO THE WRONG PRODUCT THAT YOU RECEIVED. After an investigation, we’ll ask you to ship the products back through SPEED POST to us on the address mentioned on this page. After we have received the package, we’ll ship your order again or refund your amount along with shipping charges that you incurred. We’ll ask you for your Bank Accounts details and refund your amount. Please allow 7 Business Day for the amount to reflect in your Bank Account.
MISSING PRODUCT AMONG OTHER PRODUCTS
After you have received your package and found any of your ordered products missing, please make an unboxing video of the package you received with visible AWB number, invoice number preent on the shipping address on te outer couver of package and notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order through email support@tridentnutra.com or WhatsApp on +918522852221. After an investigation, we’ll either ship your missing product or refund you the product amount to your bank account. You’ll be contacted by our team on how the refund or replacement would take place in case of COD or PREPAID orders.
CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT
If the customer cancels their order before the dispatch, we’ll refund the amount. NOTE that any voucher code used while ordering will be considered null and void and you’ll be charged 10% (on original price of product at time of placing order) as CANCELLATION FEES and balance amount will be refunded to your Bank Account. Please allow us 7 business days for the refund to reflect into your account. You’ll be contacted by our team on how the refund would take place.
CHANGE OF MIND
After receiving the product, if by any chance you don’t feel like using our product or do not wish to take it, please feel free to notify us with 7 days or delivery. We’ll happily take our product back. Please make sure the box is sealed and invoice with original packing is present. Tags if any should be intact and label should be untorn. Please make a video of the package, box, AWB number, invoice number present on the shipping address on the outer cover of the package and send it to us on email support@tridentnutra.com or WhatsApp on +918522852221. Any voucher code used will be considered null and void and you’ll be charged 10% (on the original price of the product at time of placing order) as PROUCT RETURN FEES, balance amount will be refunded to your Bank Account. Please allow us 7 business days for the refund to reflect into your account. You need to send our product through SPEED POST on the address mention on this page. We’ll refund your shipping charges too along with balance amount.
