Protein Shrikhand with Saffron

Ingredients:

480g Greek yogurt

60g Trident Nutra ISO Bang Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate (Vanilla flavor)

30g powdered sugar or sweetener of your choice (adjust to taste)

1.25g cardamom powder

A pinch of saffron strands (soaked in 15ml warm milk)

Chopped pistachios and almonds for garnish

Instructions:

Place Greek yogurt in a muslin cloth or a fine sieve over a bowl. Allow it to drain excess whey for about 4-6 hours or until it reaches a thick consistency. This step is essential for the authentic Shrikhand texture.

Once the yogurt is thickened, transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Add Trident Nutra ISO Bang Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate, powdered sugar or sweetener, and cardamom powder to the thickened yogurt. Mix well until smooth.

Add the saffron strands soaked in warm milk to the yogurt mixture. Mix until the saffron is evenly distributed, giving the Shrikhand a beautiful golden color.

Taste the Shrikhand and adjust sweetness according to your preference.
