Protein Peanut Ladoo


150g roasted peanuts, unsalted

60g Trident Nutra ISO Bang Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate (Vanilla flavor)

100g jaggery or sweetener of your choice

30g desiccated coconut

5g cardamom powder

15g ghee (clarified butter)

Chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish (optional)

In a food processor, grind the roasted peanuts into a coarse powder.

In a pan, heat ghee over low heat. Add jaggery to the pan and let it melt, stirring continuously.

Once the jaggery is melted, add the Trident Nutra ISO Bang Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate and mix well until it forms a smooth mixture.

Add the ground peanuts, desiccated coconut, and cardamom powder to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly.

Continue cooking the mixture over low heat for another 2-3 minutes until it comes together like a dough. Be careful not to overcook.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly until it's comfortable to handle.

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into round ladoos.

If desired, garnish each ladoo with chopped pistachios or almonds.

Let the ladoos cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
