Instructions:
In a blender, grind the rolled oats to a fine powder.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, Trident Nutra ISO Bang Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate, semolina, yogurt, and water. Mix well to form a batter of pouring consistency.
Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, grated carrot, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, green chili (if using), and salt to the batter. Mix thoroughly.
Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the oats and semolina to absorb the moisture.
Just before making the uttappams, add baking soda to the batter and mix well.
Heat a non-stick griddle or dosa tawa. Grease it lightly with oil or ghee.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the hot griddle and spread it into a circular shape.
Cook on medium heat until the edges start to brown, then flip and cook the other side until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat the process for the remaining batter, greasing the griddle as needed.
Serve the Oats Protein Uttappam hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
