2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any preferred milk, dairy or plant-based)

2 scoops (60g) Trident Nutra ISO Bang

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons sweetener of your choice (e.g., stevia, monk fruit, or a sugar substitute, adjust to taste)

Optional add-ins: 1/4 cup crushed nuts, dark chocolate chunks, or berries
