125g all-purpose flour

30g Trident Nutra ISO Bang Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate (Vanilla flavor)

15g sugar or sweetener of your choice

7.5g baking powder

2.5g salt

240ml almond milk (or any preferred milk, dairy or plant-based)

30ml melted coconut oil (or vegetable oil)

5ml vanilla extract

Optional: Fresh berries, sliced bananas, or a drizzle of maple syrup for serving

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, Trident Nutra ISO Bang Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Pour approximately 60ml (1/4 cup) of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.

Repeat until all the batter is used, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
