Caprese Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:

·2 large zucchinis, spiralized

·1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

·1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, diced

·1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

·Balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper

Preparation:

1.Toss zucchini noodles with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

2.Drizzle with balsamic glaze, season with salt and pepper.

Serving Size: 1.5 cups

Storage: Refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Nutritional Information: About 180 calories, 8g protein, 10g fat.
